  • 1/2 cup cooked prawns
  • 2 lbs potatoes, peeled and quartered
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • salt and pepper to taste
