  • 400g golden syrup
  • 100g fresh white breadcrumbs
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • 50g unsalted butter, melted

    Preheat the oven to 200°C/180°C Fan and line a 23cm loose-bottomed tart tin with the shortcrust pastry.
