Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 6 oz ground beef
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • 1 cup spinach, blanched
  • 1/2 zucchini, julienned

  • 2 shiitake mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 eggs, fried
  • 2 tbsp gochujang
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt to taste
  • Sesame seeds for garnish
