Ingredients

  • 1/2 can (6 oz) spam, sliced
  • 2 hot dogs or sausages, sliced
  • 1 block (14 oz) firm tofu, sliced
  • 1 cup kimchi, chopped
  • 1/2 cup baked beans
  • 1/2 onion, sliced
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
  • 1 tbsp gochugaru (Korean chili flakes)
  • 4 cups beef or vegetable broth
  • 1 pack ramen noodles (without seasoning packet)
  • 2 slices American cheese (optional)
