Ingredients

  • 700 g beef chuck, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 2 medium onions, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 inch ginger, grated
  • 3 tbsp fish sauce
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp chili powder (optional)
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 sprig cilantro, chopped
