Ingredients

  • 750 g pork belly, cut into 2-inch pieces
  • 2 medium onions, thinly sliced
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 inch ginger, minced
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp fish sauce
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 sprig cilantro, chopped
