Ingredients

  • 1 can (6 oz) crab paste with soybean oil
  • 8 oz ground pork
  • 8 oz shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 block (14 oz) firm tofu, fried and sliced
  • 4 large tomatoes, quartered
  • 3 tbsp fish sauce
  • 2 tbsp annatto oil
  • 1 lb thin rice vermicelli noodles
  • 1/2 cup fried shallots
  • 4 cups bean sprouts
  • 1 bunch perilla leaves
  • 1 bunch mint
  • 2 limes, quartered
  • Fresh chili, sliced
