  • 1 lb Gruyere cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 lb Emmental cheese, shredded
  • 1 clove garlic, halved
  • 1.5 cups dry white wine
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 loaf crusty bread, cubed
