Ingredients

  • 300 g chicken gizzards, cleaned and sliced
  • 200 g chicken liver, cleaned and sliced
  • 1 large onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 green chili, sliced (optional)
  • 2 tbsp fish sauce
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 sprig coriander leaves, chopped
