Ingredients

  • 2 cups sushi rice, cooked
  • 1/4 cup rice vinegar
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 4 oz sashimi-grade salmon, sliced
  • 4 oz sashimi-grade tuna, sliced
  • 2 oz yellowtail, sliced
  • 1/2 avocado, sliced
  • 1/4 cucumber, sliced
  • 2 slices tamago (Japanese omelet)
  • 1 sheet nori, shredded
  • Soy sauce for serving
  • Wasabi for serving
  • Pickled ginger for serving
  • Sesame seeds for garnish
