  • 8 pork sausages
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1 green apple, peeled and diced
  • 2 tbsp curry powder
  • 2 tbsp plain flour
  • 2 cups chicken stock
  • 1/2 cup frozen peas
  • Cooked rice, for serving
