Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb ground pork
  • 1 cup finely chopped cabbage
  • 1 tbsp grated ginger
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 24 gyoza wrappers
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil (for cooking)
  • 1/2 cup water (for steaming)
