  • 1 block firm tofu, cubed
  • 8 oz shiitake mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 carrot, thinly sliced
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp mirin
  • 1 tbsp sake (optional)
