Ingredients

  • 8 oz thinly sliced beef (sirloin or chuck)
  • 1 block (14 oz) firm tofu, drained and cut into cubes
  • 1 large onion, sliced
  • 1 cup dashi stock
  • 4 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp mirin
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp sake (optional)
  • Green onions, chopped for garnish
