Ingredients

  • 6 cups dashi broth
  • 1/2 napa cabbage, chopped

  • 1 bunch green onions, cut into 2-inch pieces
  • 4 oz udon noodles
  • 1/4 cup ponzu sauce
  • 1/4 cup sesame sauce
