  • 400 g chicken thigh, boneless, skinless
  • 1 medium onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 medium tomatoes
  • 300 g flat rice noodles
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp fish sauce
  • 1 tbsp peanut oil
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup pickled mustard greens
  • 2 tbsp crushed peanuts
  • 1 sprig cilantro
