Ingredients

  • 1 lb thinly sliced beef (ribeye or sirloin)
  • 1/2 napa cabbage, chopped
  • 8 oz shiitake mushrooms, sliced
  • 8 oz firm tofu, sliced
  • 1 bunch green onions, cut into 2-inch pieces
  • 4 oz shirataki noodles, rinsed
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup mirin
  • 1/4 cup sake
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 4 eggs, for dipping
