Ingredients

  • 8 oz pork belly or shoulder, thinly sliced
  • 4 cups dashi broth
  • 1/2 daikon radish, peeled and sliced
  • 1 carrot, sliced
  • 1/2 onion, sliced
  • 4 oz konjac, sliced
  • 4 oz firm tofu, diced
  • 3 tbsp miso paste
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 green onions, chopped
