Ingredients

  • 1 lb boneless pork loin, 1/2-inch thick
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 cups vegetable oil (for frying)
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 4 tbsp Tonkatsu sauce
  • 2 cups cooked white rice
