Ingredients

  • 1.5 lb ground lamb (or beef/lamb mix)
  • 1 large red bell pepper, finely chopped
  • 1 small onion, finely grated
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp red pepper paste (biber salçası)
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes (pul biber)
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 4 pieces lavash or flatbread
  • Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
  • Sumac, for garnish
