Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 small onion, finely grated

  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese (optional, for stuffing)
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 cups roasted potatoes or a side salad
