Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rice
  • 1/4 cup toor dal
  • 1.5 cups mixed vegetables (carrots, beans, peas, potatoes)
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 tomato, chopped
  • 1 tbsp tamarind pulp
  • 2 tbsp bisibele bath powder
  • 1 tsp jaggery
  • 1/2 tsp mustard seeds
  • 1 sprig curry leaves
  • 5-6 cashews
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • Salt to taste
