  • 2 stalks bok choy, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp dark soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 cup vegetable broth
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch slurry
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
