Ingredients

  • 8 oz firm tofu, pressed and cubed
  • 1 cup dried shiitake mushrooms, rehydrated
  • 1 cup fresh straw mushrooms
  • 1 cup bamboo shoots, sliced
  • 1 cup water chestnuts, sliced
  • 1 cup carrots, sliced
  • 4 cups napa cabbage, chopped
  • 1 cup snow peas
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp grated ginger
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup vegetable broth
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch (mixed with 2 tbsp water)
  • 2 tbsp cooking oil
