Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb dried white beans, soaked overnight
  • 1 lb collard greens or turnip greens, chopped
  • 2 medium potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 1/4 lb cured ham hock or bacon
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
