  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala
  • 1/4 tsp red chili powder
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped
  • Salt to taste
