Ingredients

  • 2 lbs pork shoulder or loin
  • 1/2 cup hoisin sauce
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp Shaoxing wine
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp five-spice powder
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp red food coloring (optional)
