Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken thighs, boneless, cubed

  • 1 tsp coriander powder

  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 onion, finely sliced
  • 1/4 cup cashews, ground
  • 1/4 cup almonds, ground
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • Salt to taste
