  • 1.5 lb boneless chicken thighs, cut into cubes

  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 lb fresh spinach, blanched and pureed
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh cream for garnish (optional)
