Ingredients

  • 1 lb lamb shoulder or leg, cut into very small cubes (approx. 1/2 inch)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes (pul biber)
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 small tomato, finely chopped
  • Small wooden skewers (soaked in water)
