  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1/2 tsp cumin powder
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup water
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish
