Ingredients

  • 1 block (14 oz) firm or extra-firm tofu, pressed and sliced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp gochugaru (Korean chili flakes)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds (for garnish)
  • 2 tbsp cooking oil (for frying tofu)

How it starts

    Mix soy sauce, gochugaru, minced garlic, sugar, and sesame oil with water in a small bowl to create the sauce.
