Ingredients

  • 1 lb thinly sliced pork shoulder or belly
  • 3 tbsp gochujang (korean chili paste)
  • 1 tbsp gochugaru (korean chili powder)
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 inch ginger, grated
  • 1/2 yellow onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds (for garnish)
