Ingredients

  • 1 lb dried large white beans (fabes), soaked overnight
  • 1/2 lb Asturian chorizo, whole
  • 1/2 lb Asturian morcilla (blood sausage), whole
  • 1/4 lb pancetta or cured bacon, whole
  • 1 onion, whole
  • 2 cloves garlic, whole
  • 1 pinch saffron threads
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt to taste
