Ingredients

  • 2 lbs beef short ribs, cut into 2-inch pieces
  • 1/2 daikon radish, peeled and cut into chunks
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 inch ginger, sliced
  • 4 green onions, chopped
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 cup glass noodles, soaked (optional)
