  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • 1 cup spinach, blanched
  • 4 oz ham or beef, julienned
  • 1/2 cup pickled radish, julienned
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • Salt to taste
