Ingredients

  • 1 lb kabocha squash (kalabasa), peeled and cubed
  • 1 cup green beans (sitaw), trimmed and cut
  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 cups coconut milk (full-fat)
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1 inch ginger, julienned
  • 2 tbsp fish sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
