Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs beef stew meat, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 (28 oz) can crushed tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup red wine
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup orzo pasta
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 bay leaves
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
