Ingredients

  • 1 lb lamb stew meat
  • 1 eggplant
  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 potato

  • 1 green bell pepper

  • 1.5 cups water
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
