Ingredients

  • 1 block (14 oz) firm tofu, pressed and fried/pan-fried
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 carrot, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1/2 onion, sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 inch ginger, minced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 cup vegetable broth
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch slurry
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
