Ingredients

  • 10 oz fresh jajangmyeon noodles
  • 6 oz pork belly or shoulder, diced
  • 1/2 onion, diced
  • 1/2 zucchini, diced
  • 1 small potato, diced
  • 4 tbsp chunjang (black bean paste)
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch (mixed with 2 tbsp water)
  • 2 cups water or broth
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • Cucumber for garnish (optional)
