Ingredients

  • 8 oz somyeon (thin wheat noodles)
  • 4 cups anchovy broth
  • 1/2 zucchini, julienned
  • 1/2 carrot, julienned
  • 2 eggs, beaten and cooked into thin omelets (jidan), then julienned
  • 1 sheet roasted seaweed (gim), shredded
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • Green onions for garnish
