Ingredients

  • 6 oz sweet potato starch noodles (dangmyeon)
  • 4 oz beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup spinach, blanched
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • 1/2 onion, sliced
  • 4 oz shiitake mushrooms, sliced
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
