Ingredients

  • 8 oz fresh udon or ramen noodles
  • 4 oz shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 4 oz squid, cleaned and sliced
  • 4 oz mussels, scrubbed
  • 2 oz pork belly, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 small cabbage, chopped
  • 1/2 onion, sliced
  • 1/2 zucchini, sliced
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • 2 tbsp gochugaru (Korean chili flakes)
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 tsp minced ginger
  • 4 cups chicken or seafood broth
  • 1 tbsp cooking oil
  • Green onions for garnish
