Ingredients

  • 1 lb paneer, cubed
  • 1 large onion, diced
  • 1 large bell pepper (capsicum), diced
  • 2 medium tomatoes, pureed
  • 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
  • 2 green chilies, slit
  • 1 tbsp Kadai masala (roasted & ground coriander seeds, red chilies, cumin seeds, fennel seeds)
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • Salt to taste
