Ingredients

  • 1 lb smoked pork loin (Kassler)
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 large onion, sliced
  • 2 cups sauerkraut, drained
  • 1/2 cup apple juice or water
  • 1 tsp caraway seeds
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 medium potatoes, boiled and sliced (for serving)
