  • 1.5 tsp red chili powder
  • 2 tsp coriander powder
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 2 tbsp cooking oil
  • 1 tsp salt, or to taste
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish
