Kimchi Jjigae

Ingredients

  • 1 cup aged kimchi, chopped
  • 4 oz pork belly or shoulder, sliced
  • 1/2 block (7 oz) firm tofu, cut into cubes
  • 1/2 onion, sliced
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp gochugaru (Korean chili flakes)
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 2 cups anchovy broth or water
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
