  • 2 cups soybean sprouts
  • 4 oz ground pork or beef (optional)
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 green onion, chopped
  • 1 tsp gochugaru (Korean chili flakes, optional)
  • Salt to taste
