Ingredients

  • 1 pack mandu wrappers (approx. 30-40)
  • 1/2 lb ground pork
  • 1/2 block firm tofu, crumbled
  • 1 cup kimchi, chopped
  • 1/2 cup chopped cabbage
  • 1/4 cup glass noodles, cooked and chopped
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 egg (for binding, optional)
